About Us

Having been regular and enthusiastic visitors to Dornoch since we were kids, we are really delighted now to be able to offer other people somewhere really lovely to enjoy the fabulous sights and experiences of Sutherland.

We have always enjoyed unwinding in Highlands. Jim is an enthusiastic golfer and fisherman; Ginny loves painting, and we both enjoy walking, picnicking and soaking up the deserted, natural beauty of North-East Scotland – in all seasons.

Embo House makes an ideal base for golf parties, large groups and celebrations of all kinds. We can tailor your stay in many ways, so please do ask and we’ll see what we can do.
